How to stay on track? Research shows 98% fail without a coach. Think “acquiring health” rather than simply “losing weight”.
Stress is at the origin of all illness. Including cancer. 2 kinds of stress: eustress and distress. Stress leads to injury, which leads to faulty cell repair, which introduces fungus, which ends up as cancer. A poor diet compounds this.
Small wonder cancer’s been promoted to fisrt place in North America and other industrialised countries. We are toxin and sugar-ridden from childhood. What are we feeding our children to make them too fat to walk as early as age 5? THe high-sugar preferences feed parasites and otehr sources of cancer. How much will the health care system have to carry in 10 years’ time?

Cancer is a word, not a sentence. The environment plays a role. So does excess weight.
